Paradise Lost | Acrylic, encaustic, and ink on wood | 18” x 48”

A symbolic interpretation of the “original sin,” inspired by John Milton’s Paradise Lost and Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy. Featuring the Tree of Life, Forbidden Fruit, Adam and Eve, Satan as the Serpent, and the nine circles of Hell, it explores the eternal struggle between innocence and corruption. It’s a meditation on our fall from grace.
